RESEARCH: BIRTH: need to verify this christening and parents shown--
Nathaniell BENNETT and Mary, of St. Ewe, Cornwall. Also, there were two
Richard Bennetts (BENNATS) married at Gulval between 1653 and 1655.
At present, it has not been determined which one was father to Dorcas
Bennats and the other children christened at Gulval in the period.

the chr. entries for later children of William Nicholas show mother's
name as "Maude." Looking at the actual entry for Emmanuel, it appears
to me that the mother's name could easily be "Maud" rather than Marie.
There is no
burial entry for a Marie, wife of William Nicholas between 1621 and
1625 (first entry showing "Maude"), nor for a marriage of William to
either Marie or Maud.
