Admin. of Estate in Archdeac. Ct. of Cornwall records (FHL#189,665);
note that the administration is dated 24 July 1722, but the inventory
was taken in 1708. Administration states that widow is now married to
Henry Richards, which marriage occurred in 1712.

NOTES: Based on date of inventory of estate, it must be presumed that
Bennet died before 29 Mar 1708. The parish register has an entry for a
(first name is missing) COCK, buried 13 Mar 1707/8 (1708 by current
calendar). There are no Bishops Transcripts for 1707 on the film, and no
other likely burial entry for a Bennet Cock exists.
